The heart of our generator sets is the powerful engine and cylinder block, which are carefully crafted from a durable cast iron gantry. The one-piece forged crankshaft ensures maximum strength and stability, while the separate cast iron cylinder head and wet cylinder liner improve performance and service life. Aluminum alloy pistons with oil cooling channels ensure efficient thermal management, allowing the engine to maintain optimal performance even under heavy loads.

The integrated cooling system includes a radiator and hoses mounted directly on the engine, and is equipped with an air conditioning system with a belt-driven coolant pump and thrust fan. This design optimizes temperature regulation for longer operating time. In addition, the fuel system is equipped with a P-type fuel injection pump and injectors to achieve higher injection pressure and efficiency. Dual fine filters ensure clean fuel delivery, thereby improving the overall performance and reliability of the generator set.

Our generator sets are IP23 drip-proof and equipped with brushless four-pole AC generators to ensure reliable operation under various conditions. H-class insulation and temperature rise resistance enhance durability, while the low-reactance stator with 2/3 pitch winding improves efficiency.
